By accessing and using SeedVeo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

SeedVeo provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including various AI video generation tools, rendering capabilities, and API access (the "Service"). You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from SeedVeo, such as service announcements, administrative messages and newsletters.

3. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:

• Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Service contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly authorized by SeedVeo, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part.

5. Purchases and Payment

SeedVeo offers various subscription plans and one-time purchases. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Because our Service involves immediate access to digital resources and computing power, we generally do not offer refunds for any payments already made, except where required by law. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us for assistance.

7. Termination

You agree that SeedVeo may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your account and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, breaches or violations of the Terms of Service or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, and unexpected technical or security issues or problems.
